To meet the Anti-Dumping Duty of European Union of plastic bags, we established a branch (Hoi Hung Co., Ltd.) in 2006 in Vietnam where does not have the anti-dumping duty of European Union. At the same time, we get a privilege in mainland China, which means the Anti-Dumping tariff of European Union lows to 8.4%. We have both product lines in mainland China and Vietnam, both of which can manufacture all kind of plastic bags and delivery the products abroad.
